What is 'Asian Handicap'?

An Asian Handicap is when you're backing the favourites to score over a certain number of goals in the game. This tends to be the team that you're expecting to win. Teams are handicapped according to their form, and therefore the team expected to win must win by more goals in order to win the bet. Think of it as the underdogs being given a goal before kick-off.
